Associate Principal | Future Mobility Leader, Australasia - Arup
Ben is the Australasia Future Mobility Lead, and focuses on connecting energy, transport, and the environment across Australasia and is particularly active in the low emission mobility space, working on policy development and implementation of projects across the UK and Australasia.?
He has more than 20 years’ experience managing and delivering transport projects around the world. Leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with local authorities, transport authorities, architectural partners, planners, and other technical specialists, Ben captures and delivers scheme benefits and outcomes. Ben works with clients to help them understand and quantify how decarbonisation and clean fuels impacts their cities and regions and supports them to advocate for a pathway to cleaner air.
Ben creates clean air programmes, a series of interventions or projects that arise from monitoring, baselining, and understanding the key issues and then delivering actions to reduce air pollution. He was involved in the Greater Manchester Clean Air Plan.
Susie Page
Project Manager - Department of Transport, Portfolio Strategic Projects Office
Susie works for the Department of Transport, Portfolio Strategic Projects Office, Climate Action Program to develop transport sector emissions reduction strategy, net zero emissions plan and climate risk and adaptation assessments. She collaborates with key stakeholders across industry and government departments related to the climate action work to drive change towards zero emissions vehicles and transport infrastructure, and has led the development of a portfolio wide executive level sustainability and ESG framework.
Susie has over 10 years’ experience working on large infrastructure projects in the UK and Australia including Crossrail, High Speed 2 and Metronet as a leader in environmental and sustainability impacts and mitigation. She has an MSc in Environment and Development from London School of Economics and Political Science, and has recently completed her Certificate in High Impact Leadership, at The University of Cambridge, Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Graham Agar
Director - Full Circle Design Services
Graham Agar is the director of sustainable design consultancy Full Circle Design Services. He is also a Mechanical Engineer, NABERS and CBD Assessor, Green Star Accredited Professional Assessor and Faculty Member, with more than eight years project management and team leadership experience. Over his career, Graham has been exposed to technically challenging mechanical engineering and ecologically sustainable designed projects. His work has required him to visit some of the most remote areas in Western Australia as well as some of the most complex and high profile projects delivered in Perth in recent times.
Highly proficient in the use of a suite of energy simulation tools, Graham has been involved in the modelling and mechanical design of a number of his mechanical design projects, using these tools to provide innovative and ESD solutions.
Graham has specialty skills in building assessments, being an accredited NABERS and Green Star Assessor. He also has experience with investigation of plant life-cycle, current energy and amenity performance, maintenance requirements and upgrade opportunities. He has completed a number of strategic plans for maintenance and upgrade, including reviewing AMP Shopping Centres’ strategic plan for WA and Victoria and assisting the Metropolitan Health Service complete their requirements under the Energy Efficiency Opportunities Act.

Rebecca has worked as an Architect for 20 years with a large multi-national firm prior to joining Turner and Townsend. An advocate for sustainable architecture and limiting environmental impact, she understands the complexities project professionals face when engaging with diverse stakeholders in the dynamic business landscape.
Her key driver is to foster meaningful connections with diverse groups and facilitate stakeholders' evolving needs and interests. Her approach revolves around striking a balance between architectural excellence, sustainability, and social impact. Through insightful initiatives, she aims to work with stakeholders to find meaningful solutions to channel social and nature capital as a viable project outcome.

Currently working to establish a framework for embodied and generated carbon monitoring and control with the state government to influence Western Australia's future design guidelines and policies.
