Bringing your projects back to life: reviving troubled projects with proven strategies

It is an all-too-common occurrence, encountering projects that are facing setbacks or heading off course - delays, cost blowouts, misalignments, turnover in critical roles, and failure to achieve desired results impact project teams and an organisations’ business operation, leaving teams scrambling to resolve critical issues. Alex Marzella and Andrew Divitaris from IDEE Group will share their experiences and provide some real-life examples of the insights and strategies they’ve used for reviving and realigning such projects.

To register for an AIPM event, you’ll need to login to your AIPM account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create an account with AIPM before you register.
