Driving Success in Defence Projects: A Stitch in Time Saves Nine
The One Defence Capability System (ODCS) highlights the necessity for projects to ‘deliver’ on all nine of the Fundamental Inputs to Capability and not just the delivery of Major Systems (or the ‘shiny toys’). This session will explore what success ‘looks like’ in Defence, draw parallels with non-Defence projects and examine how Project Managers can excel in uncertain and challenging times.
The session is intended for all project staff from Project Directors to Project Officers.
