The Iron Tetrahedron: Time, Cost, Quality and People

How do you deliver on time, control costs, meet quality targets - and still keep your team motivated?

Project delivery isn’t just a balance between time, cost and quality. There’s a fourth, and often overlooked, dimension: people. In this insightful session moderated by the AIPM Project Controls CoP Lead Lauren MacDougall, we explore the “Iron Tetrahedron” of project management and how team dynamics, culture and resilience influence outcomes just as much as scope, schedule and spend.

In this session, Phil Tighe, a seasoned project leader and academic, delves into the psychology of high-performing teams and the real-world strategies project professionals can use to foster engagement and deliver under pressure.
