Project Management war stories from a recent Veruca Salt SaaS ERP engagement “I want it all and I want it now!”. We’ll run through PM lessons learnt from managing our team through a highly complex engagement, dynamic priorities, highly compressed timeframes, and fires all around. We’ll look into the practical aspects of managing both up and down in maintaining client and delivery team confidence and velocity of delivery. This will be a presentation followed by Q&A with opportunities to network over drinks and nibbles before and after the presentation.
