As a project leader you support the goals of your organisation. You engage, motivate and build high performance and productivity in individuals and teams.

With only 25% of organisations reporting successful project delivery, it is essential that you have the skillset to lead and drive a project (2020 Project Delivery Performance in Australia report). This workshop will equip you with the skills needed for success in the age of project leadership.

Over the two days (17 and 24 April), attendees will explore the foundation principles, theories and behaviours of leadership within a project management setting.
