Capability & Competency Uplift in a VUCA World
The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) invites you to join us for an insightful webinar hosted by the AIPM Government Community of Practice.
In this session, Toowoomba Regional Council’s EPMO leaders, Mark Steward and Mary Partridge, share how their organisation is navigating the challenges of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). They’ll discuss how they’re uplifting capability, broadening the Project Management Framework to enable different approaches for different types of initiatives, and simplifying the framework to improve the level of adoption across projects.
