Emily Woodward
Chief Information Officer, National Indigenous Australians Agency
Emily has extensive knowledge, and practical experience in delivering technology projects for Federal Government agencies. She specialises in portfolio and program management and has expertise in enterprise analysis, solution design and process improvement. Emily joined the NIAA in February 2024, having previously worked in various program and project management roles within Services Australia and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Elisha Miller
Department of Health
Elisha Miller, MBA, is a project management specialist with over 10 years of experience delivering government projects and programs. She has delivered complex projects spanning compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reform, reporting measures and consumer engagement. Elisha is currently acting as Assistant Secretary for the Reform Management Branch, overseeing the Aged Care Transformation Program in the Department of Health and Aged Care.
Elizabeth Sisley
Department of Defence
Elizabeth Sisley is Assistant Secretary, Enterprise Business and Data Programs at Defence Data Division. In this role she leads Defence’s business integration efforts, overseeing the Defence Business Integration Program (DBIP) to realise the vision of One Defence and ensure that the right capabilities are invested in, and that the intended effects are realised across the whole Defence Enterprise.
Elizabeth has more than 25 years’ experience in organisation leadership with a focus on organisational alignment, digital transformation, risk, governance, human resource management, and industrial relations. Prior to her current role, Elizabeth held executive roles across Defence as Acting Chief Data Integration Officer for Data Division and Acting Group Business Management for the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).
Elizabeth started her career in the Public Service in 2025, playing a critical role in the establishment of the Digital Transformation Office, before joining Defence in late 2016. She was first appointed to the Defence Senior Executive Service in Ministerial and Executive Communication and Coordination. Prior to the Public Service, Elizabeth held executive leadership roles delivering services to Australia’s most vulnerable under a Federal Job Services Australia contract.
Elizabeth holds post graduate qualifications in Management from University of Canberra, is a Graduate of Oxford University’s Said Business School and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
