What advice would you give your younger self in making projects successful?
In today's ever-changing world, organisations must adapt and evolve at an increasing pace. This necessitates implementing strategy changes through temporary initiatives focused on achieving specific outcomes – projects. To successfully deliver projects, a solid understanding of the core elements of project management, combined with experience and effective leadership, is essential. This session will provide an interactive discussion on the nine core fundamentals of project management and insights gained from delivering change through projects in both government and private sectors. Our speakers, Jody Blinco, Greg Divall, and Warren King have worked on some of the nation's largest projects. They bring extensive experience in project management and strategic transformation across various sectors and offer valuable perspectives on innovative solutions, risk management, and executing large-scale plans.
