Women in Trades Workshop Series

Workshop 4: Celebrating Success and Goal Setting

The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM™) is pleased to present the Women in Trades Workshop Series, delivered as part of our Women in Projects Network initiative.

You are more successful than you think.

We often focus on what we still need to achieve and overlook the progress we’ve already made. The small wins, challenges overcome, skills developed and steps forward can easily go unnoticed, but they all count.

This workshop is an opportunity to pause, recognise and celebrate your successes from 2026, and use that momentum to look ahead.

In this practical and inspiring session, Louise Azzopardi will help you reflect on what you have achieved, identify what matters most to you and turn your aspirations into clear, achievable goals, and a practical plan for the future.

Participants Will Learn:

  • How to recognise and celebrate the successes and progress you may have overlooked
  • Why acknowledging your achievements can strengthen confidence and motivation
  • How to identify what you want to achieve in 2027
  • Practical strategies for setting meaningful and achievable goals
  • How to create a clear plan and build momentum towards achieving your goals
  • Ways to stay focused, accountable and motivated throughout the year
