Leading Projects with Confidence: Women in Trades Workshop Series
Workshop 2 – Building True Confidence
The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM™) is pleased to present the Leading Projects with Confidence: Women in Trades Workshop Series, delivered as part of our Women in Projects Network initiative.
This quarterly series is designed to support women in trades and project environments to strengthen their leadership capability, build resilience, and navigate challenges with confidence.
The second workshop explores the concept of confidence—what it means, how it evolves, and how it can be developed from within.
Confidence looks different for everyone and changes throughout your career. True confidence comes from self-belief, rather than external validation.
In this session, Louise will share insights from her own journey, including how she has built confidence in the face of adversity.
Participants will gain:
- Practical approaches to strengthening self-confidence
- Strategies to navigate challenging situations with assurance
- Tools to support ongoing personal and professional growth
