Leading Projects with Confidence: Women in Trades Workshop Series
Workshop 1 – Managing Anxiety
The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM™) is pleased to present the Leading Projects with Confidence: Women in Trades Workshop Series, delivered as part of our Women in Projects Network initiative.
This quarterly series is designed to support women in trades and project environments to strengthen their leadership capability, build resilience, and navigate challenges with confidence.
We begin the series by addressing a challenge experienced by many professionals—anxiety. It can be overwhelming and, at times, isolating, particularly in high-pressure project environments.
In this session, Louise Azzopardi will share her personal experience and practical strategies she has developed to manage and overcome anxiety.
Participants will gain:
- Practical tools to manage anxiety in the moment
- Techniques to build long-term resilience
- Strategies to navigate critical moments with greater ease and clarity
Growth is often uncomfortable—but this session will equip you with the tools to make that journey more manageable and constructive.
