Sandra Vaz is a seasoned PMO professional with expertise in governance, strategic execution, and large-scale transformation. She has worked on strategy execution and transformation initiatives throughout her career working for organisations such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia, PwC Australia, Deloitte Uruguay, and currently at NSW Department of Education.

With degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and PMP, CSM, MoP, and Change Management certifications, Sandra specialises in stakeholder engagement, change and delivery methodologies. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, managing risk and leveraging data-driven insights to drive impactful outcomes.

As a panelist, Sandra will share her experiences as a woman working on PMO and Delivery teams, discussing leadership, challenges, and the value of diversity in project governance and delivery.

Specializing in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Process Optimization, Change Management, and Stakeholder Engagement, Han has successfully led numerous projects that have resulted in efficiency improvements and cost/time savings across project execution, field services, supply chain, and engineering for  multinational companies such as Schneider Electric and Digi International. With an educational background in Engineering, Han is passionate about connecting Technology with People and Business needs and empowering teams to achieve transformative results. Han is also dedicated to mentoring and inspiring others, helping them grow and reach their full potential. 

As a facilitator, Han will guide the panel discussion to help the expert panelists share their experiences and insights while connecting with everyone in the meeting. Han is looking forward to welcoming everyone to the panel.
