Providing water services to support rapid housing growth

In response to the current housing shortfall the South Australian Government has directed $1.5 Billion in funding for water investment and services as a part of their Housing Roadmap.

As Joint Venture Partners, KBR and Aurecon provide COP and FEED services for SA Water’s Capital Delivery Program and will play a pivotal role in delivering on this investment.

KBR Program Director, Andrew Evenden, will look more closely at the Metro Growth Program and discuss how the team will deliver this critical water infrastructure to the area. This program of work has had $1.2 Billion allocated to it for the next four years to expand the water and sewer network to greenfield development sites in Adelaide’s northern growth front.

Soft skills in project management - PH. D thesis findings

The presentation aims to examine the concept of soft competencies, which targets personal traits and behaviours essential for effective project management, rather than job-specific skills. We will explore various frameworks for identifying these crucial soft competency elements required by project managers. Understanding these competencies is vital not only for organizations to enhance performance, evaluate project managers, and set effective goals, but also to address training and development needs and ensure project success.
