Exclusive AIPM™ Study Tour:
Exploring the Port of Brisbane
The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM™) is pleased to announce an exclusive study tour of the Port of Brisbane for our members.
The tour will commence at the Port Office, beginning with a visit to the rooftop Observation Deck to take in a panoramic view of the Port precinct and the surrounding Moreton Bay Islands. Participants will then board a guided bus tour led by an experienced Port of Brisbane representative.
Throughout the tour, members will gain first-hand insight into port operations, from towering cranes loading and unloading vessels, to the coordinated movement of trucks and trains transporting cargo across the precinct. You will also learn about the many products that move in and out of the Port each day, and how the Port balances efficiency, sustainability, and environmental protection.
Running for approximately 90 minutes, this engaging land-based tour offers a unique opportunity for AIPM™ members to deepen their understanding of how one of Australia’s most important ports operates.
