David is a seasoned professional who fell into project management as the archetypal accidental project manager after a fulfilling army career. With 28 years now in project management, he has served as the National President of the AIPM and Vice President of IPMA. As the CEO of Primal Solutions for 20 years, David has worked for public and private sector clients in a wide range of industry sectors. His expertise includes reviewing and developing client Project Management Frameworks and assessing organisational project management maturity. David is dedicated to professional development and certification, serving the national community of practice as a senior AIPM assessor. He has significantly contributed to the field through his work on developing national and international professional standards including the AIPM RegPM framework.
