Speaker
Roya Mirsepahi
Enterprise Controls & Assurance Lead at Sunwater
With a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering and Management of Information Systems, my journey into project controls began with a master’s thesis at Ericsson working on “How to have Reliable and Accurate Project Management Reporting Systems”.
After moving to Australia, I gained extensive experience in the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, and water sectors, working in cost engineering, scheduling & planning, earned value management, contingency management, forecasting, progress measurement and change management at project, program and portfolio levels.
In 2023, I joined Sunwater Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) as the Enterprise Controls and Assurance Lead, setting standards for project controls and uplifting organizational project controls maturity. My role focuses on bridging tactical and strategic levels through integrated project controls.
