Said El-Saadi is an International Investment and Strategy Advisor, and brings over 15 years of experience in forging lasting partnerships across the GCC, APAC, and MENA regions., He currently serves as a Managing Director at AKSA, a global market entry specialist. He has made notable contributions as the President of the Middle East Start up Awards and as a State Board Member at the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce. His past roles include Director General of the Australia Saudi Business Council and tenure at the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce. His global involvement includes roles in G20 and as an Action Council Member for B20India 2023. Said is a graduate of the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK, and La Trobe University, Australia.

Partner - Chief Investment Advisor - AKSA

Saud Alsaati has dedicated over 15 years to serving in several senior roles within the Saudi government, contributing to the Kingdom's global engagement and economic development strategies. His diverse career includes serving as a diplomat at the Saudi Mission to the United Nations in Geneva and as an advisor to His Excellency, the Saudi Minister of Investment, Mr. Alsaati has been instrumental in shaping and executing policies to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Kingdom. Through his work, Mr. Alsaati has demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate complex international governance frameworks and engage with high-level stakeholders across both the public and private sectors. His deep understanding, coupled with his diplomatic expertise, has allowed him to foster strategic partnerships and show strong commitment to advancing Saudi Arabia's position as a leading destination for global investment while ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial outcomes for investors and the Kingdom. 

 

Lino Strangis

Partner - Executive Director, Strategy and APAC

Lino Strangis is an experienced professional with 28 years of expertise in economic and industry policy, international affairs, and trade and investment diplomacy. He has played a crucial role in driving economic engagement in the Middle East for 15 years. Lino has served as the Australian Trade and Investment Commissioner in Tehran, where he worked on re-establishing Australia's economic relationship with Iran after the removal of sanctions. Prior to that, he held positions in Istanbul and Dubai serving as the Australian Trade and Investment Commissioner, focusing on trade and investment. Lino has also been involved in policy and engagement with the Middle East and North Africa, specializing in minerals, energy, agribusiness, and international education sectors.
