Course Description:
Course participants will learn how to assess business impacts, evaluate change readiness, engage stakeholders, support sponsors and people leaders, manage resistance, plan transition and improve benefits realisation.
The course includes practical templates and case study exercises, including Business Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Assessment tools that can be applied immediately to real projects.
Ideal for project managers, program managers, PMO practitioners, business analysts, change leads, sponsors and business owners involved in delivering business, digital, infrastructure, technology or organisational change.
