This course covers techniques and tools needed to effectively manage change throughout a project. Participants will learn how to ensure that stakeholders, resources, and deliverables stay on schedule and meet expectations. The course addresses the change management process, including identifying changes, assessing their impact, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Participants will also explore strategies for minimising disruption and maintaining project momentum.
