Estimating and Planning

In this course, participants will dive into the critical project initiation phase, where they will learn the art and science of accurately estimating project scope, time, and budget. Emphasising the importance of precision in these early stages, attendees will explore techniques for ensuring that project deliverables are achievable and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Participants will then apply their estimations to create tailored project plans that reflect the unique needs and complexities of each project.
