Unlocking Scale: Designing Delivery Systems That Empower Local Action

The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) invites you to an evening workshop facilitated by the Microforest Collective, where project professionals will help shape a national model for grassroots urban greening.

With six community-led microforests already delivered across Australia, the Microforest Collective is now refining a lightweight, replicable system that can support hundreds more – while preserving the local ownership and energy that make them thrive.

AIPM members and guests will take part in a fast-paced, 45-minute design sprint to optimise the Collective’s delivery system. Working in small groups, attendees will explore real-world workflows, identify pain points, and test ways to improve central support for distributed action. Outcomes will be shared with the room before transitioning into an informal networking session over food and drinks.

The evening will be opened by Andy Batstone, Director of HorizonOne Recruitment, with the event proudly supported by HorizonOne.

Spaces are limited – register now and help shape the systems that enable community-led impact at scale.

Registration is complimentary for AIPM members.
