Better health outcomes: using project management for success

We know the public sector often demands changes to policy and regulatory reform within short timeframes. To be successful, we need to be agile, flexible and to work with influential people who may change direction without much notice. At the same time, we need to progress change quickly, accurately and professionally, to ensure we achieve good policy outcomes.

Join Brioni Bale from Sententia Consulting who will steer you through the pathway of achieving successful healthcare-related change, through fit-for-purpose project management that supports regulatory reforms and policy change outcomes. She will address how a number of significant health issues were tackled in a manner that provide benefit to the wider community.  Brioni will share lessons from her program and project management of a number of large healthcare related reforms, navigating the complex web of issues that can be encountered by the project professional in this complex environment.

This promises to be a fascinating evening exploring how project management has provided the foundations for successful completion of the task.
