Gen Zs - the future of your organisation

With almost 70% of our workforce being made up of Generation Z and Millennials understanding what this group look for in both a role and an organisation is critical to our recruitment and organisational success. Very quickly this cohort, and particularly Gen Zs, will make up a higher proportion of your project teams so knowing how to attract them, how to keep them engaged and how to make the most of their skill sets will become increasingly important.

At this breakfast event Andrew Bath and Ella O’Connell from Project Resource Partners will engage us with their insights and experiences when recruiting Gen Zs, what is important to consider when building project teams and how you can incorporate these practices into your teams, and the benefits that they can provide to your projects.

Together Andrew and Ella have facilitated and presented numerous workshops into businesses, interest groups and universities on ensuring the mutual success of Gen Zs and Millennials and the businesses they work in.
