Applied Decision-Making in Project Leadership


Offered as part of the Australian Institute of Project Management’s (AIPM) new training offerings, this course equips participants with structured decision-making techniques to improve transparency, stakeholder alignment, and project outcomes. Participants will explore Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) and other analytical approaches to strengthen both strategic and operational leadership.

The course includes real-world case studies and introduces emerging technologies such as generative AI to support high-stakes decisions and improve modelling clarity. Designed to deliver immediate, practical application, this course supports confident leadership in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
